“Scaffolding on Red”

Another in the construction series.  (part of the Denver: Under Construction exhibit)  I simply loved the perspective and patterns of each floor of this scaffolding. Each rising floor changes the patterns and the angles a little more.

Add to that the angle of each floor’s cast shadow onto the gray section of the building inside.  Such an interesting play of light and shadow shapes!

This whole carefully orchestrated structure is just temporary for them to build the structure inside.  ?I think it’s an elevator shaft?

Once completed, the scaffolding comes down, only to be rebuilt around another potential section.  Very fleeting.
