Denver Plein Air Festival 2012 Exhibition

It’s here!  The Denver Plein Air Arts Fest 2012 Exhibition opens up on the top floor of the Denver Public Library (Central Branch) in downtown Denver.  Opening reception next Tuesday night, but the show will be up through December 31st.

Artists were given parameters of specific areas in and around Denver as well as a time frame from mid-August to mid-September to create a vision of Denver.  Works were to be completed on-site, “plein air” or outdoors.

In this show I not only have the piece you see above, “Eave on Bannock” (from a building east side of 12th and Bannock), but also “Water Under the Bridge” (from Dedisse Park in Evergreen).

C’mon down and see Denver from the eyes of 60 juried artists!
