“Lately I’ve been fumbling with the blues…” — Tom Waits

“You don’t sing the blues when you’re sad.  You sing the blues are when you’re happy; when you know you’re gonna make it through…..”  — paraphrased comment by Tab Benoit

I’ve been lax in my postings; that will be changing.

I know these tulips are red (and white), but it seems I’ve been chasing the memories blues lately.  All part of Letting Go.  Thinking about things lost, what could have been, difficulties re-balancing after being knocked down, feeling sorry for myself.  Ack!  Time to derail those trains of thought.

I know of no better elixir than a concert by Tab Benoit.  He’s a multi-talented rockin’ blues musician who adds a healthy dose of Cajun to put on a raucously fun show.  What better way to spend a Saturday night.
