Tulip #3 and March Madness

All kinds of March Madness going down this week!

“Sanity calms, but madness is more interesting.” –John Russell
“Truly great madness cannot be achieved without significant intelligence.”  –Henrik Tikkanen

As far as the NCAA, crazy madness going on with high seeds falling everyday.  This girl from the Dairy State is disappointed by the tough loss for Marquette, but still rooting on the Badgers to win on Sunday!  (Even though neither of these schools was one of the four I’ve attended.)

And on the first day of spring in Denver, CO, there was Mother Nature Madness.  We had 6″ of fresh snow and woke up to 16 degrees.

Don’t get me wrong, I love winter.

But I think I’m ready.
Snow, schmoe; here’s a sign of the new season.

Are you ready for spring?

Post Script 10:15 pm:  Ouch!  Badgers lost, but MLB Opening Day is just around the corner!

    I love tulips! Great painting.

PS. Let’s root for tiny St. Mary’s College, from Moraga, CA… a little country oasis outside of Oakland, California… who upset Villanova and made it to the Sweeeeeeeeeeet Sixteen!

Thanks Bimber. Nothing says ‘spring’ more than tulips (or maybe daffodils, too!).
We’ll have to see which Cinderella story continues in the NCAA.
