Just do it.

As of late, I’ve been paying more and more attention to those on http://dailypainters.com and http://www.dailypaintersguild.com .  I’d like to (and really need to) develop that sort of discipline.  My work needs to be allowed to develop at better than the snail’s pace I have been.  I’d like to try not laboring so much in the preplanning.  Enough pondering.  Enough mapping it out.  Just grab myself a pair of Nikes (or, I like Asics) and “just do it!”

There was even a mention in the Sunday paper insert USWeekend about art blogs with daily painters and using them to purchase art.  http://www.usaweekend.com/07_issues/070812/070812blogart.html

So, you heard it here first.  I’m committing to getting at least 2 pieces done a week.   (C’mon, I have another business to run, so one a day isn’t quite in the cards.    YET.)  And you’ll see them here.

Now I need to learn how to put a picture up on this blog.  Stay tuned!
